FK Architecture Celebrates Groundbreaking on Two Austin Communities
An article published in Commercial Construction & Renovation Magazine celebrates the groundbreaking for the Bailey at Berkman and Bailey at Stassney, two brand-new affordable housing communities in Austin, Texas. Designed by FK Architecture and developed by National CORE, these developments showcase how intentional design and strong development partnerships can expand affordable and supportive housing opportunities for residents across the Austin market.

Collectively, the two communities provide 208 affordable apartment homes to residents earning 30%, 50%, and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The projects include Permanent Supportive Housing units for individuals at risk of homelessness, as well as resident-centered services, community amenities, and long-term support.
