FK Architecture Collaborates on Normandy Cove Veteran Housing Development in Jacksonville

Several articles have celebrated the groundbreaking of Normandy Cove, a 144-unit affordable housing development for veterans in Jacksonville, Florida.  

Normandy Cove’s first phase will include one- to three-bedroom apartments, with half of the units reserved for active-duty service members and veterans and 5 percent set aside for veterans experiencing homelessness. In addition, the community will feature amenities including a swimming pool, gym, business center, clubhouse, amenity deck, and office space designed for veteran service providers.  

With design work by FK Architecture, the project reflects our commitment to enhancing multifamily communities designed around resident needs, long-term functionality, and collaborative development partnerships.
