Senior Project Designer Manny Lamarche initiates and creates project designs and plans for all phases of one or more projects and has responsibility for preparing presentations and design drawings. Manny leads the conceptual design process through an intensive collaborative process that involves owners, principals, and heads of creative departments. Manny also specializes in one-day charrettes involving multiple stakeholders or smaller precision-targeted groups of two or three people.
