As FK Architecture continues to grow, we are evolving our leadership structure in a way that strengthens how we serve our clients, support our teams, and plan for the future.

Over the years, our clients have trusted FK not only for thoughtful design, but for strong relationships, responsiveness, and consistency throughout the life of a project. As our studios and project portfolio continue to expand, preserving that experience means building additional leadership capacity across the firm.
To support this next phase of growth, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Amy VanderMeer, AIA, Rajiv Ramakrishnan, AIA, and Sabrina Marano, AIA, to Studio Leader roles. These positions will provide greater day-to-day leadership across our teams while strengthening alignment, collaboration, and continuity within our housing practice.
· Amy VanderMeer, AIA, will oversee our Market-Rate Housing Studio.
· Rajiv Ramakrishnan, AIA, will oversee our Affordable Housing Studio.
· Sabrina Marano, AIA, will work across both studios to support collaboration, continuity, and team integration.
In addition, Luis Rosado has been promoted to Managing Principal, expanding FK's leadership team and reinforcing the firm's commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and strategic growth. In his role as Director of Technology & Operations, Luis will continue leading initiatives that strengthen the systems, processes, and technology that support our people, projects, and clients.
He joins our Managing Principals as they continue guiding the firm's strategic direction across design, development, operations, technology, and business strategy:

As these leadership roles continue to evolve, clients may experience greater collaboration and engagement across our studios, creating additional consistency and responsiveness throughout the project process.
This structure allows our leadership team to remain deeply engaged with clients while creating greater capacity for mentorship, innovation, long-term planning, and strategic growth.
