In an article published on 7/21 in Commercial Construction & Renovation, FK Architecture is featured for the addition of two professionals to the team, Architectural Drafter Betsy "Ingrid" Rivera and Project Coordinator Anh "Misha" Tran. Their combined knowledge and experience will enhance the firm’s capabilities across numerous market sectors, including multifamily, retail, and mixed-use design projects.
"Ingrid's experience in schematic design, CAD software, and construction documentation—and now her added contributions to our Interiors team—will allow us to continue to deliver top-quality designs that our clients have come to expect from FK Architecture," FK Architecture Managing Principal and Owner Kimberly Hellekson notes.
Rivera brings over 25 years of experience, with a background in multifamily residential design. Her precision and eye for detail in design planning will be essential as she will also support FK Architecture's Interiors Department. Rivera received her Drafting Certification from Orange Technical College and attended Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology.
“As the needs of our clients evolve, we are excited to strengthen our areas of expertise in residential and in-unit design,” says Hellekson.
Tran joins the firm with a global perspective and over 12 years of architectural and construction experience working on multifamily, senior living, mixed-use, and educational projects. She has a cross-disciplinary approach that translates perfectly into this role. She received her bachelor's degree in architecture in Vietnam and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at Seminole State College.
"We are delighted to welcome Misha to our firm as we continue to expand," says FK Architecture Managing Principal and Owner Ted Hunton. "Her multidisciplinary experience and proven ability to collaborate effectively across projects align with our commitment to design excellence and client satisfaction."
